How renewal works
- One payment, no automatic renewal. You pay once and won’t be charged again.
- 12 months of updates and support from the day you buy.
- To renew, click Renew next to your licence in My Account → Licences (or the Renew link in Fomu → Licence). Your existing key gets another 12 months, so there’s nothing to change on your sites. Renew early and you keep the time you have left.
- If you don’t renew, Fomu keeps working — your forms, entries and payments carry on. Only updates and support stop.
- Changing plan: buy the plan you want — it comes with its own new key. In Fomu → Licence, click Deactivate on this site, then paste the new key and click Activate.
Getting your key
Your licence key arrives by email straight after payment and is listed under My Account → Licences. Paste it into Fomu → Licence to switch on automatic updates.
